Yesterday I went to see the doctor who is actually going to deliver my baby.\u00c2\u00a0 She was reviewing the file sent over from my family doctor.\u00c2\u00a0 She says to me, “I see your second glucose test came back as normal.”\u00c2\u00a0 What????\u00c2\u00a0 (the glucose test determines if I’m gestational diabetic).\u00c2\u00a0 I had her explain the results to me (which she explained much better than my family doctor), and yes, my results fall under ‘normal’.\u00c2\u00a0 The results may be close to the ‘higher than normal intolerance to sugar’ but I’m not close to gestational diabetic and this doctor told me not to worry about it.<\/p>\n
I’m going to fire my family doctor.\u00c2\u00a0 I’ve been stressed\u00c2\u00a0out about this\u00c2\u00a0for a month and a half for nothing!\u00c2\u00a0 On top of all that, my family doctor has been saying from the beginning that my due date is November 11, but the file she sent over to my new doctor has my due date set at November 14.\u00c2\u00a0 Grrrr!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
