{"id":553,"date":"2012-12-01T22:24:38","date_gmt":"2012-12-02T04:24:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/songofjoy.ca\/?p=553"},"modified":"2012-12-01T22:24:38","modified_gmt":"2012-12-02T04:24:38","slug":"34-a-day-of-fun-40-days-of-fun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/songofjoy.ca\/?p=553","title":{"rendered":"#34: A Day of Fun (40 days of fun)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I had all sorts of fun today.\u00a0 I stayed in bed under the warm and cozy covers, read another chapter of my book, and watched the newest episodes of <a title=\"BSG Blood &amp; Chrome\" href=\"http:\/\/http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Qj50xJhWdcM\" target=\"_blank\">Battlestar Galactica: Blood &amp; Chrome<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I had a great visit with someone I haven&#8217;t connected with in several years.\u00a0 It was so good to &#8216;catch up&#8217; on each others&#8217; lives and I look forward to hanging out with her more.\u00a0 I was really encouraged by her journey in the area of the arts and music.\u00a0 I&#8217;m feeling a little nudge to pursue this more in my own life.\u00a0 What it will look like, I have no idea, but I think there&#8217;s something there for me and possibly to share with other people.<\/p>\n<p>This evening my children and I put up our Christmas tree and decorations.\u00a0 And to top it all off, we had &#8216;family games night&#8217;.\u00a0 I hope we can do &#8216;games night&#8217; on a more regular basis in the future; it&#8217;s not very often that we&#8217;ve done it in the past.\u00a0 It&#8217;s been challenging because the games everyone wants to play (like <a title=\"Settlers of Catan\" href=\"http:\/\/http:\/\/www.catan.com\/catan-games\/boardgame\/base-game.html\" target=\"_blank\">Settlers of Catan<\/a>) are too old for our youngest to play.\u00a0 So this evening we played Sorry and everyone had a great time.<\/p>\n<p>What an awesome day!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I had all sorts of fun today.\u00a0 I stayed in bed under the warm and cozy covers, read another chapter of my book, and watched [&hellip;] <span class=\"read-more-link\"><a class=\"read-more\" href=\"http:\/\/songofjoy.ca\/?p=553\">Read More<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[6,7,9],"tags":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"http:\/\/songofjoy.ca\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/553"}],"collection":[{"href":"http:\/\/songofjoy.ca\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"http:\/\/songofjoy.ca\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"http:\/\/songofjoy.ca\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/5"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"http:\/\/songofjoy.ca\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=553"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"http:\/\/songofjoy.ca\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/553\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":554,"href":"http:\/\/songofjoy.ca\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/553\/revisions\/554"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"http:\/\/songofjoy.ca\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=553"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"http:\/\/songofjoy.ca\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=553"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"http:\/\/songofjoy.ca\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=553"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
