#8: Throwing a party

We held a party at our house this evening. And it was a lot of fun. There is a group of us that try to get together once a year. It used to be held on New Year’s Eve but the person who hosted it now lives in another city. So last year we all got together after Christmas at our place while everyone was still in town. This year we did the same thing. Unfortunately one family couldn’t make it but one other person we haven’t seen in years came with her girls. It was so good to see everyone and although there were a fair number of children the kids kept themselves entertained and the adults were able to visit. What a great time!
